Kashiyatra '10 and Deja-BHU

First of all ..I am extremely sorry for not updating my blog and not visiting you.. as I was too busy with all the work... even I was not able to attend the Kashiyatra... but I guess not attending it was more due to fog and winter rather than any other reason....

Kashiyatra is our college fest..it is a gala extravaganza organized by the students with loads of cultural events and lots of masti.... though I missed the kavisammelan and mirage ...the poets gathering.. I heard the former got delayed and thus neglected by many....but the later I truly missed ....The fashion show Mirage was awesome with some awesome beauties... but I was feeling so cold that I was in my house... If only I knew it would be so hot... but anyways.. it was all winter wear...I am waiting for the summer event... :D

The event of the events was the ROCK JAM.. ..known as Crosswindz... 24 rock bands from all over India were there for their gigs and believe me it was more than awesome...and by far the best I saw in last 4 years...

In the honor of our guitarist Shiva who died prematurely.. our alumni assembled to perform a show and declared a Rs 25k award to a musician each year... The rock night was awesome and I was feeling more awesome because I was dead drunk and hard high...who can refuse the free booze and free weeds ...lol...

Ministers and Media clapped for TRPs

I am kind of News buff.. though I don't remember anything but sumtime. the intensity and the gore make a deep impression in the mind....

A Sub-inspector was yesterday bombed and then chopped by sickle by some contract killer gang in a highway in Tamil Nadu. 44-year old Vetrivel, who was a member of the Special Task Force that gunned down forest brigand Veerappan in 2004, lay in a pool of blood with his leg severed and begged for help after the attack by the gang at Alwarkuruchi.  He was writhing in pain when a Caravan of State's Health and Environment ministry with the ministers and secretary of state for health in them and they stopped there and they mercilessly watched him suffer the pain and they watched him die..

All they did was roam here and there lifting their dhotis so that it don't get spoiled by blood and spilled water on him rather than handing him or helping him drink water..and they called ambulance which they knew will take minimum 30 minutes to come and 30 minutes to reach back to hospital....and the man who got a double promotion for being part of STF that gunned down forest brigand Veerappan, succumbed to injuries.

Think they had a convoy of 70 vehicles yet they let that man die in front of them who in other condition would have been suspended if the case might have been a vice versa.. These cops lay their life for them and they in return watched him die...it is just shame.....

But what MEDIA did.. ???

Instead of highlighting the problem they telecasted video footage of the man all in blood writhing in pain...it might have increased their TRPs and hatred for white collar politicians but think about what the cop's family felt, his mother, his father, his wife, his kids, his friends who were already in pain but watched the son, the husband, the father and the friend writhing in pain , begging for help , crying for mercy and bleeding to death....

What a shame??? I was so in tears as my father is in Security forces and it was painful to watch another collegue of his beg for mercy because he was doing his duty to save our lives. I guess now you can see why Pradeep Sharma, the Encounter specialist chose to eliminate the criminals rather than letting them leave with a pat on their hand  and I guess now you know our system will hang him for the crime of doing his duty to protect lives...

What a shame??? I so hate the system now..we lay down our lives for it and it just get busy in filling their pockets and saving their white collars of blood stains..

Season's Flip flop

 Today's morning was awesome... warm sunshine peeking through the window.. cool breeze waking u up saying you good morning...even I decided to go for the bath... :P  So I took my shower and greeted the morning with all freshness and moved out for the department at 9:30 with my leather jacket and my cool shades... no protection for other parts....

and within the hour things changed... my hands were getting numb while typing mails..and now we have the season's coldest day and the mercury at mid day dropped to 5 ... and now my whole body is shivering in cold...

 And in such a romantic day my girl is sitting far far away in her blanket.. I hate long distance relationships... :-|

and now I can guess why the Copenhagen summit was reduced to meeting with eating and thus no cheating... because Global warming is good :P... yeah a 2 degree up in mercury I will love to have now...for that I am gonna burn woods and increase more CO2 ... coz if u stay in room heater 24*7 ..u can shout world is warming but what about me who has a room heater but no mean to light it up as this place is out of electricity for 8 hours at least perday ...

So, I am happy that Copenhagen summit failed...coz now there will be more global warming and I will be warm enough to go to my room and sleep :D

Holidays are always fun...

As u know from my FB status..I am nowadays with my parents ..though I wanted to spend the christmas too but I didn't got the leave so left for the home on 26th...

The journey and the stay were all eventful.. I managed not to forget to take my camera's connecting gear but managed to forget the battery...so it is lying ideal ...and I was so sure of me taking all sets for my camera.. i skipped the connecting gears of handset...so I am all camera blind....

Yeah !! Yeah!! I am being me nowadays....just take my suggestion>>> never ever pack on the final day :P...

and I didn't missed Avatar too ..This tuesday I planned an entire family movie event in the nearby Inox Forum and booked our seat for the 3D gala and believe me ...it is indeed a movie worth to watch and seeing it in 3D makes it more wonderful..though dad n mom were satisfied with the graphics but they were sad that movie was not like Titanic coz I forgot to mention that James Cameroon made the film much after the Titanic got down under...but nevertheless seeing mom n dad jump with every incoming missile was just fun..even I skipped some beats ...





 Over all the Vacation is running good...

Oh my sister has opened her blog and her first two post are all bashing me....just have a look and encourage her time to time...her literary sense is quite brighter than me but she needs to get accustomed to blogger world now... So do visit her blog and encourage her ....

Mockery of Indian Judiciary...

I always thought ... no one can harm me as justice is always with the innocents ..if some one harm me,  keepers of justice will find a clue and punish the harmer but what if these so called keepers of justice harm you...?????

It was such a nice day like today in the year 1990 , when former Director General of Police and then IG of Police and president of tennis Association of State of Haryana ...SPS Rathore,  called up a budding tennis player , a mere 14 year old girl to his office and openly molested her. Like usual the girl complained , had an eye witness too and the ordeal of her life started. 

Her brother was arrested on 6 false charges of car theft and was tortured in custody and all the case were dated after the incident and later he was exonerated , she was expelled from her school due to disciplinary actions which school is reluctant to comment, her father was harassed by his employers in bank and then goons started to storm the house and threaten her mother. All just to make her back away from her statement . even the eyewitness family was tortured just to make her hostile and slowly slowly things got worser. After 3 years , not much in power to bear the torture by keepers of law, the girl committed suicide.....and the government closed the file promptly within a week.... 

And yesterday after 19 years of that incident, the judge found SPS Rathore guilty and punished him for a jail term of 6 months and granted a bail to appeal (for taking 19 years more) and more better a fine of Rs. 1000 or 20$ ..it is what I know much less than the fine in harmless traffic violations... and I found tear in my eyes...and the first time I felt ashamed to be citizen of a country where people with power can commit heinous crimes and can go away with a pat on their back..

Think, a girl was molested... she was minor...she was harassed for the period of 4 years ...her whole family got harassed...the eye witness was harassed...she killed herself because of this >>>> and the molester , harasser got away with a 6 month sentence...I guess even if you count any of the above incident under IPC ..u will find sentences much better than that... and I see here a molestation of a minor girl and second degree murder which at least amounts to 7 years .... why not should I call it mockery of justice ???

Look at the smiling face of the moron...a shameless guy like this should be shot in market square and that's why I like Islamic punishment system....eye for an eye...and  see what he said in defense... that Ruchika was making him victim because he expelled from association as she mocked a boy of not having Salman Khan's muscles...gosh !! u moron it was 1990 ..Salman didn't had an inch of a muscle then...U will find it more funny when u completey read what he said and judge believed...Read the details

Not that following was a news where Goa officials are trying to protect a rapist who raped a Russian tourist and now are trying to bribe her to remove the case and their ministers give statements like Goa is safe and developing

It is such a shame in a country where women are always compared to goddess and worshiped and code like Atithi devo bhava was followed.... 

This post is dedicated to Ruchika Gehrotra and all other victims of justice...I hope at least the case is pursued to higher courts and criminal like SPS Rathore whom we appointed as our hope.. to be punished at par with the crime...

The reason for this post is at least SPS Rathore may have gone unpunished but the law... should not be spared the shame ..they should know what we feel about it when the play with our justice system ..when they  hurt a kid..when the make them commit suicide....and the whole world should know what a scumbag that criminal was.............

For those who call me a jerk....

Many of you guys wanted that I should spill the beans about me... Many of you guys without trying to know me got busy in maligning my image when I declared my relationship status with my girl on facebook...

though I wanted to name and bash them up..but I guess they might have no other work than bitching around and many of them boasted that they heard how a jerk I am but they havn't visited my blog yet...as it was not standard or is abusive....lol

So I thought why not give a proper introduction of me...

I don't like visiting trash blogs and following them up only to increase my follower count

I am not a girl so sure I don't have sniffers around me waging their tails

I am not jobless so I don't go to individuals and bitch around

I am in facebook ..I am a loved moderator of a community over 5000 guys..I have got 3490 frnds in FB..and most of them had a chat with me one or many times and most of them are my clan members of mafia wars that I indulge the most there

Apart from that...

I  am in blogger for  more than many of you...and I am quite habituated of handling jerks who don't have any life other than go bitch to my girl or frnds of my girl..so if u need a war...come face to face rather than having long conversation about me behind my back

If u r so concerned about the future of my girl..

then  u should know...

I have got degrees more than you and any time can beat u if u wanna compare my scorecards with ya..

I am doing Doctoral studies...if u need to know whether my girl's future is safe with me...

I can do wateva you guys think U can do better  than me...believe me I can bring u a lot of endorsements if u need

I was loved and being loved by all my juniors and seniors in all my years straight from school to college 

For any other info...come straight to me rather than talking behind my back to my girl to back down... I will be glad to clear ur info about me...

At least now u know two thing straight...First...that I don't give a damn how popular u r and how many close frnds u got who won't come to my blog ever or write bashing posts about me..coz I blog for me and wateva readers I have I am damn sure they won't leave me ever... 

and I guess now u know the second...that I don't like people talking about me behind my back...and next time I will name u straight rather than writing a general post ..so that people can know what a jerk u can be to gain a little popularity...

See..I can be harsh even with out the F words that I am accused of using more than often...but just to be clear that I am not pretentious like you...who live a dual life just only to have a fake popularity in virtual world which u never got in real life..I am so sure about that ...........
